The Willing to Change Approach
The program begins with a two-week nutritional reset—a simple, whole-foods meal plan designed to calm cravings, reduce inflammatory load, and give your metabolism the consistency it needs to function well.
During this time, you temporarily remove foods that tend to drive cravings or disrupt energy patterns, such as sugar, highly processed grains, excessive caffeine, and (briefly) meats and dairy. This short reset allows your body to stabilize and gently shift into healthier rhythms.
After the first two weeks, you move into Willing to Change – Level II, a four-week period of expanded, balanced eating. Research shows that new habits take about 28–30 days to become established. The Willing to Change structure gives you a full month of success, momentum, and growing confidence in your ability to nourish your body well.
